COVID-19 Policy

You and your children are safe at GHT!

All patients will be screened for COVID-19 prior to your appointment.

Appointment Guidelines

  • Wait in the car when arriving. Call the office on your arrival. We will call you when your exam room is ready.
  • Wear a mask.
  • If you have symptoms of COVID-19 or have tested positive for COVID-19, please let our office staff know before you come in for your appointment. We can help you get the care you need while keeping our office safe.
  • Download the Spruce app to safely communicate with your provider with questions, referrals, images, videos, and PDFs in a HIPAA-compliant platform. If you are a patient and you haven’t downloaded the app, please email us at and request a link.

All patients are screened via our secure communication app, SpruceHealth, or by phone prior to your visit.

The on-call provider will assess all same-day appointments and determine the severity of illness.  They can recommend that you make an appointment or help you manage at home.  Sick patient appointment slots are scheduled only in the afternoon

We are also separating sick and well patients on our schedule. We know other offices have a sick entrance or separate sick and well-patient waiting rooms. We are aware that we do not have the ability to provide this service to you.  However, by separating the sick and well-patient schedule, screening all patients before your appointments, and keeping a clean and disinfected environment, you can be sure you and your family are safe at Growing Healthy Together!

Mask Guidelines

Please know that we will refuse service to any patient that is not wearing a mask. We are following both OSHA and CDC guidelines and keeping our patients, providers, and staff safe.


A non-PCR antigen rapid test is currently available at the office. Your provider can provide an attestation that you’re negative. These tests are not insurance billable and are $50 per test.

For a PCR test, it’s $290 per test without insurance. The PCR test may be insurance billable depending on your plan. However, your insurance may not cover the test unless you are at risk for COVID, symptomatic, and transmissible. Some insurance covers testing after close contact. Please contact your member services through the number on the back of your insurance card for more information.
