We are available and eager to help between 6 am and 10 pm, seven days a week! After 10 pm, you can leave a message with our on-call provider and we will address your question first thing in the morning. For urgent questions after 10 pm and before 6 am, you can call the 24-hour helpline your insurance provides. They can help you decide if you need to go to the ER or wait until morning. IF you don’t have insurance and think you need emergent care, go to the CHOC emergency department or urgent care. Our favorite urgent care facilities in Long Beach are https://www.memorialcare.org/locations/memorialcare-medical-group-long-beach-los-altos and http://nairurgentcare.com. For all emergencies, call 911.

Schedule wellness visits, physicals, and new patient visits with complex histories (autism, ADD, etc.) one to two months in advance.
Sick Visits are booked as quick, maximum 15-minute appointments focused on the patients’ chief complaint.
Vaccine-only visits are fast turn-around appointments scheduled for pre-planned vaccines. These appointments are reserved only for established patients. Vaccine planning requires a separate consultation with a provider. Copays and deductibles apply for consultation visits.
A $50 non-refundable deposit per patient is required for new patients at the time of scheduling to confirm and hold your appointment. The deposit is applied to the cost of the visit or applied to a future visit. If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before, the deposit will be applied to a future appointment. If you miss the appointment, you will lose your deposit.
We expect payment at the time of service. We take many steps to avoid collections. However, if your account is forwarded to a collection agency, you will be assessed a collection fee added to your final balance placed with the collection agency. You will also be responsible for all legal fees and court costs involved.
Finally, please send all billing questions to our biller by emailing ght@ghtkids.com
