Though we make every effort to assist our families with any and all insurance questions, issues, and concerns, it is your responsibility to understand how to use your policy. This responsibility includes verification of in-network status before services are rendered. The patient (or patient’s family, in the case of pediatrics) is responsible for payment when services are not reimbursed through your health insurance policy.
