Office News
Reminder: GHT requires 24 hours’ notice to cancel appointments.
A $50 fee is charged for each patient who is late or misses their appointment without a 24-hour notice. There is a 5-minute grace period for sick, vaccine, or concern visits, and a 10-minute grace period for all wellness visits. Please review our Financial Policy or contact us with your questions!
What is an active patient?
GHT follows the Bright Futures recommended periodicity schedule. To best serve you and your family, it is vital that you attend your regular wellness visits. These are excellent opportunities for us to see your little one, prevent long-term health effects by ensuring they are growing and developing as they should, and identify issues early. Prevention is the best medicine, after all.
Here are your child’s scheduled well visits:

Please note that patients who miss their scheduled appointments lose the ability to communicate with their provider and care team via Spruce.
What’s the difference between PCC and Spruce?
Spruce is our HIPAA-compliant communication app. Here is where you get office news, communicate directly with your care team, and send pictures and seek advice from your provider.
PCC is our patient portal where you can…
- Review your electronic health record information,
- Check in for appointments,
- Find lab orders and results,
- Check vaccine records,
- Review your child’s growth charts,
- Receive portal messages, and
- Review your personal balance.
Patient Portal: Checking Balances
Your personal balance can be reviewed in your patient portal. Please call us at (562) 473-4441 regarding any outstanding balances.
Patient Portal: Pre-Check In For Your Appointments
Please remember to pre-check in for all appointments. Pre-check-in is available 7 days before your appointment, and you will receive a portal reminder 2 days before your appointment. During pre-check-in, you can review and edit personal information, billing, and insurance. This is an excellent opportunity to pay any outstanding bills or your copay before your visit. Please confirm all your information to maximize your time during your visit.
Please Review our Updated Service Costs
To continue providing the level of care you deserve, we occasionally need to adjust our pricing to keep pace with rising costs for supplies, operations, and services. Starting February 1st, 2026, our pricing will increase. We have kept this adjustment as minimal as possible while ensuring we can maintain the quality and accessibility of our services. You can access our updated list on the website. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us with questions.
