May 2025 Newsletter

Dear GHT families and patients,

As spring blooms all around Long Beach, we hope your family is finding time to enjoy the sunshine, community events, and a fresh start this season.

Important Reminders

šŸ‘¶Schedule Your Child’s Annual Well-Child Visit

Summer is just around the corner—schedule your child’s yearly check-up now to stay ahead of the rush. These visits help us support your child’s growth, development, and overall wellness.

🤧National Asthma and Allergy Awareness Month

This month, we focus on increasing awareness, helping patients manage symptoms, and encouraging proactive health measures for children affected by asthma and allergies.

🧠Mental Health Awareness Month

Social-emotional learning is a huge part of helping kids grow up happy, healthy, and balanced. The best thing you can do is promote open conversations about mental health to ensure that every child receives the care and support they need to thrive emotionally.

šŸŒžPractice Sun Safety

Protect your skin while you enjoy the sunshine! Wear sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher, seek shade during peak hours, and don’t forget your hat and sunglasses.
